Visit the Marseille History Museum for the exhibition: "Urban Heat". "The quest I pursue is for a fair and fulfilling relationship with the world, the Earth, the cosmos. It is for a way of inhabiting it that is fruitful." Felwine Sarr An exhibition resulting from residents’ participation in the Cool Noons project. The Cool Noons project seeks to adapt our cities to heatwaves. This exhibition follows the photo competition held during the summer of 2025 in the project’s 5 Euro-Mediterranean cities: Lisbon, Marseille, Imola, Dubrovnik and Budva. Far from a purely technical or detached approach, it seeks to poeticise forms of resistance: documenting bodies that adapt, gestures that soothe, improvised shelters and everyday creativity beneath the blazing sun - a way of reading the city at the level of lived experience. Moving away from the familiar postcards romanticising our Mediterranean seaside territories and their inhabitants, the exhibition presents a multiplicity of perspectives focused on everyday scenes, striking details and memories to preserve. In a world where ecological disasters and movements responding to them are multiplying and intensifying, there is a call to act and support one another: resistance and dialogue. Dialogue between species, dialogue between spaces. Outdoors, with free access, on the railings of the Port antique archaeological site
