BORIS A longtime Berghain resident known for his intense techno closing sets, Boris cannot be reduced to Berlin’s cold kicks. Having discovered clubbing through the legendary Paradise Garage and Loft, he is attached to the communal warmth of New York clubs. Since then, he has shared this playful energy on dancefloors around the world. With more than 20 years of experience as a producer and DJ, he draws on the diversity of electronic music to take his audience into an altered state, where nothing matters except the music and the present moment. It is an honor to welcome him to Dérapage, and we can’t wait for daddy to give us a proper mixing lesson! HUNKUT B2B FEROUI The little devils behind Dérapage—a cheeky cub and a d-gym queen—Hunkut and Feroui will take care of opening the night. While Hunkut draws inspiration from New York and Berlin clubs, Feroui looks across the Channel toward London and Bristol. Their more or less dramatic back-to-backs blend diva house, frantic percussion, psychedelic vocals, monstrous basslines, infernal build-ups and the smell of testosterone if you get a little too close to the booth.
