En marge du GRAND BAIN 14-15 sept. Sortie Voilier d'exception rade de Marseille'

A sea outing on WHITE SHADOW, organized with the association White Shadow Sails the World, in partnership with MAHAKA (a B2B specialist partner in wealth management), Raisers Partners (a fundraising and M&A boutique) and French Tech Aix-Marseille. A premium networking opportunity between local and national stakeholders: funds, M&A professionals and entrepreneurs, with a brief presentation on post-sale taxation. in partnership with French Tech The aim of this morning is simple: to create a different kind of meeting, in an exceptional setting, between investors, funds, M&A professionals, entrepreneurs and partners in the tech and innovation ecosystem. An outing in Marseille harbor aboard WHITE SHADOW, a Swan 57 sailboat, with a deliberately small-scale, high-quality format. A short introductory presentation will be given on a key issue for business leaders: anticipating post-sale taxation and intelligently structuring the business leader’s assets after an exit. The presentation will be led by Rodolphe Guillemin, president of the MAHAKA group, listed among Les 100 qui font le patrimoine by the independent Ficade group. This format is deliberately limited to two outings of 14 participants, in order to encourage high-quality exchanges and meetings that lead to genuine opportunities for collaboration. This event is primarily intended for scale-up executives and the stakeholders who support or finance business growth: • executives and founders of scale-ups in an acceleration or fundraising phase, or preparing for a strategic transaction; • investment funds (VC, Growth, Mid-market, LBO, private debt) and family offices; • corporate ventures and innovation departments of major groups; • business lawyers, tax specialists and other experts working with executives; • investors and decision-makers wishing to develop their network within the Aix-Marseille ecosystem. The ambition is to create a close-knit circle where investors, entrepreneurs and advisors can exchange ideas in a privileged setting, away from traditional networking formats. Registration constitutes an application. Each request will be reviewed in order to form a coherent and balanced group. Proposed dates: September 14 and 15 Format: Welcome coffee, round-table introductions, short presentation, informal discussions (45 min–1h) Safety briefing, boat preparation and departure, outing in Marseille harbor (Frioul - Château d’If - Côte Bleue depending on the wind), swimming possible, return to port (2h–2h15) Please bring flat shoes and clothing suitable for the sea (warm clothing, windbreaker, swimsuit, towel). Further information will be provided in the days beforehand. Limited places: participation by invitation This event is therefore also: • an opportunity to meet committed stakeholders in the entrepreneurial ecosystem; • a maritime interlude in the heart of Marseille; • a way to support the sporting and human project led by WHITE SHADOW SAILS THE WORLD. We will be delighted to welcome you aboard. WHITE SHADOW SAILS THE WORLD is an association that supports the WHITE SHADOW sailboat project and is preparing an ambitious adventure: taking part in the Ocean Globe Race, a crewed round-the-world sailing race without modern electronic assistance.
