Privacy and cookies
Planet Mars uses Google Analytics 4 only if you accept it, to measure viewed pages and improve the events guide. The legal basis for this processing is your consent. Google Analytics is not loaded and no Analytics cookie is set before you agree.
Data and recipient
Measurement may process the viewed page, time, technical browser and device information, and an approximate location derived from the IP address. This data is sent to Google on behalf of Planet Mars. Advertising signals and ad personalization are disabled in our configuration.
Your choice
The same choice applies to measuring clicks on the Tickets / More and Official information buttons on event pages. This measurement sends Google the event's ID and public title, button type, page language and destination domain, without the destination path, query parameters or fragment. It measures a click, not a ticket purchase.
You can accept or refuse equally easily. Your choice is stored in your browser for no more than six months. Analytics cookies are also limited to six months. Use the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page to open the settings or change your choice; refusing later disables collection and removes Google Analytics cookies accessible to Planet Mars.
Itineraries and Google Maps hours
Your selected stops are saved in this browser, without an account, and deleted after the chosen day. When you open Share, Planet Mars saves a copy of the date, travel mode and public event/session IDs in your chosen order to create a short link. This copy contains no name, email address or personal location. Anyone with the link can open it; subsequent edits do not change the copy. Copies are deleted by hourly cleanup 30 days after the chosen day. Older links containing the stops directly are still recognised.
Itinerary maps and travel calculations use Google Maps: Google receives your IP address, browser technical information, venue coordinates and, for transit, the departure time. Planet Mars does not send a visitor name, personal location or contact list. Travel estimates are not saved in your draft. Use of these maps is subject to the Google Maps terms linked below.
Public venue pages do not display Google Maps / Places panels or contact these services for opening hours. Administrators may import Google hours and save them in the venue profile under the Google agreement permitting storage. They are identified as Google Maps and do not replace verified official hours. Place searches send Google the administrator's IP address, technical browser information and the requested place; hours imports are performed by our server without sending visitors' IP addresses.

Contact messages
Planet Mars, reachable at contact@planet-mars.fr, is the data controller. When you use the form, Planet Mars processes your name, email address, organization if supplied, subject and message in order to answer your request. All fields except organization are required; without them, the form cannot be submitted. This information is delivered to the contact@planet-mars.fr mailbox hosted by OVH and is not stored in the website database. It is kept in the mailbox only for as long as needed to handle and follow up on the request. This processing is based on your request and Planet Mars's legitimate interest in handling submissions, corrections and correspondence.
To limit automated submissions, the server temporarily keeps an in-memory counter associated with the IP address for no more than one hour; this counter is not added to the message.
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, restriction of its processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interest by contacting us at the address below. If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
