Ashen: the rise of a Parisian metalcore band Formed in Paris in 2021, Ashen quickly established itself on the French metalcore scene with a distinctive sound combining vocal intensity, hard-hitting riffs and melodic choruses. Signed to the Out of Line Music label, the band has notably opened for Papa Roach, Mass Hysteria and Electric Callboy, before making a notable appearance on the Hellfest 2025 Mainstage. To reach Le Dodu concert venue in Marseille by car, access is only via the Simon entrance, at 12 rue François Simon (the Jobin entrance is reserved for pedestrians). A paid “Champ de Mai” car park with 86 spaces is available nearby, with 1 hour 30 minutes free, followed by €0.40 per 15-minute period (visitor rate). Parking may be limited during major events. By RTM public transport, several options are available: buses 49 and 56 serve the “Belle de Mai La Friche” stop, and a night bus line (582) is also available.
