Journée Régionale de Capoeira FSCF

The first regional FSCF Capoeira festival at Friche Belle de Mai (13004 - Marseille) on Saturday, October 10. Organized by the FSCF Regional Committee of Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, it offers introductory classes and workshops, demonstrations and rodas throughout the day. This day highlights the values and fundamentals of capoeira—sport, culture and music—and allows everyone, beginner or experienced, to better understand and experience this art through its practices and codes. • 9:00 a.m.: Welcome • 9:30 a.m.: Classes begin (all levels) • 11:00 a.m.: Children’s / Parent-child class Share a unique moment with your family! • 2:00 p.m.: Introduction to Capoeira - FREE - Open to all curious participants! • 3:30 p.m.: Adaptive Capoeira - FREE - Accessible to people with health vulnerabilities • 5:15 p.m.: Large roda open to everyone!
