La Fabrique

La Parataxe (Marseille) presents an improvised theatrical, clown and musical performance. A square on the floor, backstage areas in full view, performers laid bare. Welcome to the factory. Here, we create stories and show you behind the scenes. It is an open-air construction site. We build live. With you. Starting from a theme that we explore from every angle. We do not know what we will imagine or perform, but we have everything we need to improvise: costumes, makeup, our complicity, a piano and synthesizers… Our names are Aurélien, Jason, Michelle, Théo and Zoé. We enjoy performing together, with and without words, in the real, the absurd and the dreamlike. Our performance is physical; we have a taste for silliness and sometimes allow ourselves to share confidences. At La Fabrique, we seek to create a suspended moment. A space of possibilities. Intense but without consequences. This year I am not including 'Carte Blanche à Gecko' because some websites had shared the information with the dates and did not correct it afterward when the shows were specified in May, of course. As a result, we received lots of calls about it in May and June. So I will put the shows directly online in May.
