Lo Pailhès en concert – Minuit dans l’autre monde

Singer-songwriter, Lo Pailhès has been composing lyrical rock songs since 1994. Self-taught and passionate, he has forged a singular universe in which stripped-back, twilight melodies leave room for uncompromising, direct and incisive lyrics. His writing draws on close observation of the world. His own feelings mingle with imagined or reinterpreted stories, in a style that is both grotesque and serious, where reality blends with dreams. A near-Baudelairean spleen runs through his songs, carried by sharply divided phrasing and dense atmospheres that several critics have compared to Lou Reed’s world.
