Mac Demarco

Just a few days after an acclaimed, completely sold-out concert at Salle Pleyel in Paris, Mac DeMarco announces a series of dates in France for September 2026! The Canadian songwriter will perform songs from the album “Guitar,” a little minimalist folk gem available since August 22, 2025. See Mac DeMarco live at Cepac Silo in Marseille. “Guitar” was written and recorded entirely in November 2024 at Mac’s home in Los Angeles. Except for the mastering, carried out by David Ives, Mac handled every aspect of the record himself: from recording to mixing (done in Canada), as well as the videos and cover art, produced independently with the help of tripods. He says: “I think Guitar is the most faithful representation I’ve been able to make of where I am in my life today. I’m happy to share this music and eager to play these songs wherever I can.
