Sortie d'atelier du Centre Photographique Marseille - Contrôle | Émancipation : les usages sociaux de la photographie

This exhibition is the result of work by volunteer students from Aix-Marseille University, supported by Erick Gudimard, photographer and director of Centre Photographique Marseille. In collaboration with the events “Control | Emancipation: The Social Uses of Photography”, this workshop gives participants the opportunity to begin free and personal photographic research on the theme of social control. In particular, they will explore different aspects of contemporary photography and develop their chosen theme through individual photographs, which will be presented to the group during each workshop session. At the beginning of each session, discussion of a work, a photographer or a question related to the history of images and photography helps advance everyone’s work. The workshop includes visits to exhibitions and galleries, meetings with professional photographers, and group photography sessions. Workshop exhibition location to be confirmed
