Organization: MARSEILLE GIRL'S CLUB

Marseille Girl's Club was founded in 2024 through an initiative by Elise, who, after commenting on a single TikTok, brought together a hundred women on Instagram with one goal: to create something that truly brings women together. Within 24 hours, it had a name, and within 48 hours, the first meetup took place.

Among that hundred women was Anais. Together, over a few months, they developed events, initially in small groups, to meet, get to know one another, and make friends in Marseille. Then they had to recruit the first volunteers. That's when Claire, Emma, Estelle, and Maeva came onto the scene. Each of them, alongside their own schedules and lives, helped create the association you know today. The six of them manage the club's organization and development so it can grow and reach more and more women. But it's undeniable that they couldn't keep this association going without the valuable and indispensable volunteers who joined them in 2025/2026: Zoé, Tyfaine, Narjis, Coralie, Lilia, Marine & Marine, Maureen, Zaïneb, Agathe, and Ericka. These are the people you meet most of the time; they're the ones who help you meet your besties in practice.

This large group of volunteers is here for one and the same reason: to work together so that women in Marseille feel included, reclaim the city, enjoy affordable offers, meet and connect, and challenge everyday sexism and internalized misogyny through action.
