For the first of its two concerts illuminated by real candles in the exceptional setting of the Basilique Notre-Dame de la Garde, Sacrée Musique invites you to discover a true artistic gem: Les Occasionnels.

This new generation of singers, passionate about choral music from all backgrounds, takes direct inspiration from renowned English vocal ensembles such as Voces8 and Apollo5.

These 8 a cappella voices singing in polyphony evoke emotions that reach deep into the soul, through interpretations of both great classical works and rarer, rediscovered works of contemporary music. Their personal, uninhibited approach to the repertoire and their love of harmonies and modern arrangements make them a unique vocal ensemble on the music scene.
