Join us on October 3 for an exceptional day focused on nature, sharing and eco-responsibility! Immerse yourself in an iconic site and discover the issues surrounding water. Program of the event from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Site discovery: Botanical walk in the Mediterranean garden: “How flora adapts to drought” & visit to and presentation of the pilot pond created in partnership with SEMM, Festive activities: the great “Chap’EAU” parade: a quirky and committed parade and photo studio will bring young and old together around original creations to celebrate water from a festive and artistic perspective, along with storytelling and a dance performance. The dance show “Short Pieces in the Garden” by Kumpanià, presented by the YDHA association (Yoga Dance Harmony), will bring the day to a close. Discussion sessions and awareness workshops: a village of stalls with educational activities open to children and adults will be present all day, and two talks will complete the afternoon program: “The Ancient Mills of the Jarret” by Claude Carbonnell and “Access to Water in Old Provence” by Gilles Rebull. Practical information: Location: Conservatoire des Restanques Verger et Jardin Méditerranéen - 1 chemin des grives - 13013 Marseille - Accessible by public transport, RTM bus 37 from Malpassé! Food, refreshments and product sales: On site, with local and seasonal products (cash, checks and cards accepted) Parking: parking available on site. Eco-committed event: Remember to bring your reusable water bottle, favor soft mobility—accessible by bus—and don’t forget to make your Chap’EAU.
