Sortie nature du Muséum - "Borély, jardin botanique et bords de l'Huveaune" (Marseille)

The Muséum’s nature outings offer an opportunity to discover and learn to identify the flora and small fauna of our department. They are free with advance registration. This outing to Borély, a magnificent garden between land and sea, will focus on observing Mediterranean flora and spiders, little-known creatures found in our natural spaces. The walk will take place through the park, with a visit to the Édouard Marie Heckel Botanical Garden and an exploration of the banks of the Huveaune. Led by volunteers from the Linnéenne de Provence and OPIE*, as well as staff from the Muséum and the Marseille Botanical Garden. *Office for the Protection of Insects and Their Environment - Provence Alpes-du-Sud • Adults and young people aged 12 and over • Advance registration required (limited to 3 people per registration), from August 3: museum-publics@marseille.fr (please specify in your booking request: number of adult places, number of children’s places and their ages, your telephone number and postal code) • Participants are responsible for transportation to the meeting point.
