Biennale des Imaginaires Numériques 2026 - Désobéir à l'ère numérique

The artists in this exhibition explore the flaws in contemporary digital systems to reveal their invisible mechanisms. Algorithms, artificial intelligence, social platforms and surveillance systems become materials to be diverted, disrupted or infiltrated.

Through humor, sabotage, camouflage and strategies of disappearance, the works create counter-narratives in response to the tools of control that govern the circulation of images, bodies and the economy. Some pieces turn to irony or absurdity; others expose the silent violence of technologies of capture. All of them devise sensitive tactics of resistance.
