Every adventure begins with a first step. This first immersion opens the year outside the studio. We walk, stop and dance—a danced journey punctuated by pauses, movement explorations and opportunities for discussion. Through walking, improvisation and observation, we develop a finer quality of awareness of the body and its environment. Saturday, September 19, 2026, 10 a.m.–5 p.m., with a picnic break. An accessible day of walking, with no particular difficulty: we move slowly, dancing as we go. Meeting point provided to registered participants. Please bring: lightweight walking shoes, water, a picnic, a hat and comfortable clothing. Open to everyone, with or without prior experience. Annual membership in the association (€15) is required.
