Initiated by Accrorap, La Smala de Marseille brings together around twenty Mediterranean artists (dance, music and rap). On September 19 from 6 p.m. at La Friche: a performance by Kader Attou, rap showcases, a Mediterranean dance party… as part of La Society’s programme. Initiated by the Accrorap company, La Smala de Marseille is the culmination of three years of meetings and choreographic workshops with artists from the Mediterranean: from Morocco to Tunisia, from Greece to Egypt, from Cyprus to Algeria, dance, music and stories intersect to share emotions, circulate individual identities and invent common languages. During a week in Marseille, this living laboratory brings together around twenty artists from these different constellations to create and meet audiences.
