In this third installment of Tales of the Round Table, the Arthurian world is in danger. Around Queen Guinevere, the kingdom is wavering and history rushes toward its conclusion.
After the exploits of Gawain, Yvain and Lancelot, this new episode marks Perceval’s arrival at the Round Table, and with him we discover the wonders of Corbenic, the adventurous castle. But these are uncertain times. The balance Merlin built with the Round Table is undermined by Mordred, and the Dolorous Stroke that strikes Arthur draws the knights into the Quest, culminating in the final battle.
In this retelling of The Legend of King Arthur, storyteller Laurent Daycard highlights the Celtic myths that nourish the tale. To the sound of the dulcimer or hurdy-gurdy, he brings these adventures back to life. Timeless stories that invite reflection and dreaming.
