« Knots & Chains » explores control in all its forms: the control others exert over us, the control we impose on ourselves, and the control exerted by places. Anthems of pain and alienation, but also of strength and courage, the album's ten tracks create a new-wave and synth-pop world draped in gothic aesthetics, ideally showcased on Le Molotov's intimate stage.

Lone Assembly: a Geneva quartet on the rise

Lone Assembly is an alternative rock quartet founded in 2019 in Geneva, Switzerland. Comprising Raphaël Bressler (vocals, keyboards), Glenn Le Meur (guitar), Jim Bodeman (bass) and Romain Segu (drums), the group is signed to Irascible Records and attracted attention with its first EP, « That Never Happened » (April 2024), which was praised by the Swiss cultural press.

Their musical world moves between new wave, synth-pop, post-punk and darkwave, with acknowledged influences including Editors, Joy Division and Depeche Mode. Their debut album, « Knots & Chains », released on February 27, 2026, marks a decisive stage in their development, embodied by a European tour and an appearance at the 2026 Montreux Jazz Festival.
