Murmures

Through dance, the choreographer transposes the sources of wonder, concern and tranquility found in the forest. During this musical and sensory walk, we must listen closely to the Murmurs of the trees. For the duration of a danced score, Nathalie Pernette offers a glimpse of a magical forest filled with dreams and enchantment. This is where a fantastical plant and animal world comes to life, to which the two performers connect us through their dances and exchanges. The forest can also be heard: it makes its sounds known—the ones that worry, intrigue, crackle, amuse and lull—and the voices of its inhabitants, from the tiniest to the largest. Finally, the forest is a great seductress, full of charm, able to unfurl its beautiful palette of brightly colored costumes.
