Organization: MICRO FOCUS

Working at the crossroads of disciplines, the collective takes as its framework for research the Real, the Ordinary and the Extraordinary, with a desire to question the boundaries of genre as well as spectacle. The collective aims to perform in likely or unlikely places and to work primarily in public spaces.

The goal? To create surprising shows focused on transforming the landscape, playing with the construction of time and space-time, immersing participants in an emotional journey, and casting a veil over reality.

Questioning “beliefs”

The collective also wants to ask its audiences about “Our Beliefs” and, in doing so, question and challenge our most deeply rooted certainties.

This is what brought us together, with a shared desire to “do something different.” The Micro Focus Collective now brings together around twenty artists.
