Pression HyperBAR ! Nos villes seront-elles habitables à +4°C ?
About this event
2026 will have been an extraordinary year for France’s climate. The hottest summer ever recorded, repeated heatwaves, soil drought, fires, exceptional sea temperatures: what we once considered extreme events now seem to be a reality we must learn to live with.
But beyond taking stock, one question arises: how will we live in tomorrow’s climate? And above all, how can we prepare our cities and regions today to remain habitable by 2100?
This evening begins with the current climate situation and explores the practical consequences of global warming and the means available to adapt to it. Heat, water, natural hazards, health, biodiversity, housing: what challenges will our regions have to face?
Science now helps us anticipate these changes more effectively, but we still need to know how to incorporate them into our development choices and regional planning. Our speakers will bring their perspectives together to address an essential question: are we ready to adapt our cities to tomorrow’s climate?
