Tablao avec Patricia Guerrero - Vendredi 27 novembre
Patricia Guerrero, a flamenco star at Solea
About this event
A leading figure in contemporary flamenco, an international artist, a true flamenco star… and an artist we are fortunate to welcome back to Centre Solea for an exceptional tablao.
Born in Granada’s Albayzín neighborhood, Patricia Guerrero began dancing at the age of three. Trained by leading flamenco figures such as Mario Maya, Belén Maya and Rubén Olmo, she made her mark at a very young age, winning the prestigious Desplante Prize at the International Festival of Las Minas de La Unión when she was just 17.
Her career since then has been exceptional. A principal dancer with the Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía and a guest artist in major productions and collaborations, she has created several critically acclaimed works and performed on the world’s most prestigious stages, from New York City Center to the Théâtre National de Chaillot in Paris, as well as in Madrid, Seville, Milan and Brussels.
Her talent and career have earned her major distinctions, including the National Dance Award in 2021, the Gold Medal of Merit from the city of Granada and the Talía Award for Best Female Dance Performer. Since 2023, she has also led the Ballet Flamenco de Andalucía.
But beyond the titles and major stages, Patricia is above all an artist with a unique personality. Deeply rooted in flamenco, her dance draws on other influences and constantly seeks to push the boundaries of the art form. Powerful, precise, sensitive and deeply embodied, her dancing makes her one of the most remarkable artists in flamenco today.
Welcoming her back to Centre Solea is therefore a true privilege… and, above all, a great joy. Over the years, she has built a special connection with Centre Solea, our students and our audience. And every time, we are delighted to welcome her with the same enthusiasm.

At 68 Rue Sainte in the 1st arrondissement, just steps from the Vieux Port, Casa Flamenca Solea is a historic venue that welcomes visitors into a setting reminiscent of an Andalusian tavern or “peña trianera.”
As soon as you walk through Solea’s door, you are struck by the warmth and welcoming atmosphere of the place.
Marco certainly knows how to make people feel welcome and keep things running smoothly.
A true pillar of the venue, he is also its designer and decorator. As master of ceremonies at tablaos and workshops, his charismatic personality truly embodies the spirit of the place.
