LE PLAN de A à Z

Le Plan de A à Z brings together a canteen, cultural venue and community-minded space focused on anti-waste cooking and ecological and solidarity-based initiatives. At lunchtime, the canteen serves a choice of two vegetarian dishes made with recovered produce. In the evenings, the kitchen hosts guest cooks, special meals and events organised by associations. Weekend brunch is also on the menu. Visitors can stop for coffee indoors or on the tree-shaded terrace, and take part in concerts and workshops for children and adults, according to the programme.

The eclectic industrial interior combines reclaimed furniture and tableware with plants, flowers and colourful details. The venue also supports solidarity initiatives, including suspended meals and lending its kitchen. Events are almost always free or offered on a pay-what-you-can basis.
