The Ecstatic Dance season resumes with our resident DJ, Bruno Ayme! Tonight’s embodiment session is an invitation to rediscover your body in a different way. Then the music takes over. A live-built set in a raw and vibrant soundscape: electric cumbia, desert gnawa, wild ’60s soul, organic drum & bass, shamanic techno, inhabited silences. Territories crossing cultures and eras—guided and brought to you, yet always capable of surprising. The set is shaped by listening to what the dancers bring—their presence, momentum and letting go. Here, the dancers are heard. You can let go of the shore, because the rest belongs to the bodies... Reminder of the basic rules to follow at Ecstatic Dance: • no talking • no shoes and body covered • no objects (phones) • sober • kindness, consent and respect for yourself and others Apart from these requirements, you are entirely free to do whatever you want and feel during the 2 hours. Open to everyone aged 16 and over. The facilitation (welcome, circles and embodiment session) and the live DJ set will be provided by Bruno Ayme. Bruno Ayme is an organiser, conscious dance facilitator and Ecstatic Dance DJ based in Marseille. A dancer for more than 30 years (modern jazz, African dance, hip-hop, contemporary, 5Rhythms, Gaga Dance), former radio host and music critic, he creates embodied, narrative dance journeys in service of the body, trance and the collective. Co-founder of the LibraDAnse association, since 2018 he has organised and facilitated Ecstatic Dance events and free-dance spaces in Marseille, and mixes and facilitates Ecstatic Dance events for other communities (Ecstatic Dance Montpellier, Ecstatic Dance Paris (David Nadasi & LovEcstatic)) and at festivals (Gathering 2025). Please be on time! • Remember to arrive in comfortable clothing and with a water bottle. • As places are limited, if you are unable to attend, please let us know as soon as possible.
