A socio-sports association founded in Marseille in 2017. Affiliated with the FFSBF&DA, our discipline is savate défense, taught by our instructor Marie-Alice. Femmes en défense is an exclusively female group for ages 16 and up. FED, for ages 10–15, is a team of wildcats, with girls and boys training together. Through our various activities since 2017 (weekly, monthly, occasional, and awareness-raising sessions), we aim to show that you don’t need superpowers to defend your physical and mental integrity. Much more than a self-defense club! Exercise for your well-being, teaching adapted to each person’s progress, and collective kindness.
