LE SANS FOURCHETTE Prestige
The Mémoire & Santé association takes over the Palais du Pharo for a conference dedicated to prevention and healthy aging, followed by a LE SANS FOURCHETTE® gourmet lunch.
About this event
On Monday, November 16, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., the Mémoire & Santé association takes over the Palais du Pharo to mark the launch of National Malnutrition Week.
On the program: a conference dedicated to prevention and healthy aging, followed by a LE SANS FOURCHETTE® gourmet lunch. The event also marks 15 years of innovation by this initiative, which began in Marseille and has become a national reference for its commitment to the pleasure of eating, health and inclusion.
More than just a meal, LE SANS FOURCHETTE® offers a gourmet experience in which dishes are prepared as bite-sized portions to be enjoyed with your fingers. This approach makes mealtimes easier for people with neurocognitive disorders, including Alzheimer’s, or disabilities, while preserving enjoyment, independence and social connection.
This Prestige lunch will be prepared by the renowned chefs’ association Les Disciples d’Escoffier, with hospitality schools providing the service. This collaboration encourages intergenerational encounters while raising awareness among future food-service professionals of a more inclusive approach to their work, attentive to everyone’s needs.
Open to everyone: participants, caregivers, professionals and food lovers aged 3 to 107 and up!
Advance booking online or by email is required.
