Conférence "Le mécénat culturel" par Catherine Gineste

Catherine Gineste will offer an overview of major developments in corporate philanthropy in France, drawing on the latest data from Admical, before examining trends specific to the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region and the Bouches-du-Rhône department.

She will address, in particular, the growing role of very small businesses and SMEs, the local roots of philanthropy, the diversification of forms of engagement, and the evolving relationship between businesses and organizations serving the public interest.

Particular focus will be given to cultural philanthropy and the new bridges to be built between creativity, the economy, and the region.

Catherine Gineste is the founder of Raison d’Être, a consultancy specializing in corporate engagement strategies, philanthropy, and impact models. As Admical’s regional delegate for Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur, she supports businesses, associations, and social and solidarity economy organizations in building partnerships that serve the public interest.

Elected member of the Aix-Marseille-Provence Chamber of Commerce and Industry, she has worked for several years at the intersection of business, local communities, and social engagement, guided by the conviction that philanthropy is much more than financial support: it is a lever for cooperation and transformation.
