She wanted to be Don Juan to see what it felt like, to try to understand... But in 2026, it is a whole different story: we no longer play flamboyant seducers; we stealthily slip into the skin of a predator.
Valérie Bournet does this brilliantly, with such exuberant charm that she almost makes us like her, to the point of making us forget her demonic perversity. With its sets manipulated live, baroque costumes, carnival masks and techno-classical music, Philippe Car's Don Juan plunges us into a timeless, phantasmagorical whirlwind.
