As the festive season approaches, Ensemble Créations invites you on a musical journey where pure voices, rich harmonies and poetic works come together to create an exceptional experience.
Bringing together eight professional singers, this vocal ensemble cultivates the art of emotion and the subtlety of interpretation. In the acoustics of the Temple de la rue Grignan, the voices will blend to offer the audience an intimate, luminous musical experience.
At the heart of this concert, Benjamin Britten’s A Ceremony of Carols, a true gem of the choral repertoire, will unfold in all its magic. Inspired by ancient Christmas carols, this work alternates gentleness, fervor and bursts of joy in an enchanting atmosphere.
The program continues with a selection of a cappella pieces, in which each composer reveals a distinctive world: the serenity of Ubi Caritas and the mysterious harmonies of Northern Lights by Ola Gjeilo, the suspended beauty of Lux Aurumque by Eric Whitacre, and the delicate playfulness of Trois chansons by Maurice Ravel.
Finally, La Marche des rois and Canticorum will add a festive touch to this musical journey, blending tradition and wonder.
Under the artistic direction of Yeomyoung LIM, with Chantal de ZEEUW, Ensemble Créations promises a concert where vocal virtuosity serves sensitivity and emotion.

Ensemble Créations is led by Yeomyoung LIM, a young Korean conductor. Yeomyoung LIM founded this vocal ensemble to put his dual musical training, first in Korea and then in France, at the service of bringing classical and contemporary musical works to audiences.
