About this event

On Thursday, November 5, 2026, the Palais du Pharo hosts the third edition of the Forum Méditerranéen de l'Intelligence Artificielle (FMIA). Launched in Marseille in 2024 and developed further in Tunis in 2025, this event brings together public-sector decision-makers, entrepreneurs, researchers, investors, and international organizations to discuss responsible and inclusive artificial intelligence. Some 700 participants from more than 20 countries on both shores of the Mediterranean are expected to attend for the day. The FMIA comes to the Palais du Pharo to build a Mediterranean path for AI Since its creation in 2024, the Forum Méditerranéen de l'Intelligence Artificielle has established itself as a key Euro-Mediterranean platform for issues related to artificial intelligence. After a landmark first edition in Marseille and a second stop in Tunis in 2025, the FMIA returns to Marseille to take a new step forward: moving from dialogue to concrete action. This pivotal day will be held at the Palais du Pharo in Marseille, in an iconic setting overlooking the harbor. Located in the Bouches-du-Rhône, Marseille is once again asserting itself as a strategic crossroads between Europe and the Mediterranean region. The FMIA embodies a clear ambition: to promote responsible, inclusive artificial intelligence that generates a positive impact on both shores.
