As part of the “Le Jarret dans tous ses états” project, supported by EPAGE, HuCA is offering an urban walk following the traces of the waterways in the city and their stories.
Where has the Jarret gone?
Departure from Saint Just Metro station (13004) to the “natural” mouth of the Huveaune, Huveaune beach (13009), Marseille •Audience: open to everyone—adults and families, from age 8/10 depending on the children’s interest. •Urban walk on foot (approximately 5 to 6 km) and by RTM bus to discover and identify the developments along the Jarret and then the Huveaune: from the covered Jarret to Parc du XXVIe Centenaire, at the confluence of the Jarret and the Huveaune, then along the greenway from the Pugette dam to the Huveaune’s natural mouth. The city will reveal the secrets of a route along waterways that are often hidden!
Please note that public transport tickets are not covered, and please bring a picnic!
