Les Boucaniers du Swing / Duo

A singer-guitarist, a pianist-keyboardist, and one conviction: every song tells a story. To tell you their stories, Les Boucaniers du Swing have drawn on swing and French chanson—not only those, though. And when a song wasn’t in French, they rewrote the lyrics so everyone could follow the story, with the right amount of tragedy and, above all, plenty of humor. Because a song is also music: both rooted in swing, they never neglect the arrangements or the instrumental passages, and have a few gems in store, reworked in a swing style. Two longtime friends, united by the immense pleasure of playing together—get ready to clap your hands.
