Plus qu'hier et bien moins que demain
An LGBTQIA+ non-mixed workshop exploring the transmission of resources, experiences, and stories across generations.
About this event
This workshop is intended as a space for us:
• Those who love stories of the past and the future, the curious ones or those who feel lost, those who have been part of this for a long time or only recently...
• What do we have in common, and what makes us different? Is it a matter of time passing, or of so many other things?
• Imagined as a time for sharing through speech, writing, drawing, images...
This moment, made up of both intimate stories and practical resources, will be a participatory journey with the people present, taking things as they come.
If you wish, you can bring an object, an image, or a sound that bears witness to your personal story or to our collective history.
Organization: CIDFF Phocéen- Marseille
In 2020, for November 25, we wanted to create a unique event in Marseille to raise the profile of violence against women and gender minorities and to introduce our associations to the general public.
November 25 is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. It was established by the UN in 1999 in memory of the three Mirabal sisters, Dominican activists brutally murdered on the orders of the current head of state, Rafael Trujillo.
For this occasion, we wanted to create something that would address the difficult subject of violence from different angles. We therefore invited artists from Marseille to create or co-create content related to this theme, using different formats, tools, and approaches for different audiences.
And so J'crains dégun was born; we are now opening its 4th edition!
