Training Cie Ex Nihilo octobre 2026 à la Cité des arts de la rue

The company opens its training sessions to professionals, dancers, circus artists, and actors with a regular physical practice. Dancers and circus artists from the region, elsewhere in France, and sometimes internationally come together in dynamic movement in Marseille. Beyond the pleasure of meeting and practicing together, the company's training sessions are times when dancers focus on their bodies as they prepare for or recover from periods of creation or performance.

For this new season, we are bringing back some training sessions combined with MUNZ FLOOR®.

These training sessions begin with 1 hour 15 minutes of MUNZ FLOOR®, which acts directly on the fascia and awakens bodily awareness, followed by Ex Nihilo's specific floor work for physical preparation, and ending with movement work in space.

The other training sessions will focus on the company's more specific work around contact and relationships with others and the environment.

They will be led by Anne Le Batard and/or Jean-Antoine Bigot, with Marie-Pierre Galus during the MUNZ FLOOR® sessions.
