Pomme
At thirty, Pomme is releasing her fifth album, taking sole artistic direction of a record for the first time, after co-producing her previous albums with Waxx, Albin de la Simone and Flavien Berger.
About this event
The title la forteresse has long been part of her world, like a double image: a place that protects as much as it confines. This metaphor grew richer while filming Peau d’homme, an adaptation of the graphic novel by Zanzim and Hubert, in which Pomme plays Blanche, a young woman who disguises herself as a man.
During this period, when she also contributed to the soundtrack composed by Bryce Dessner (The National), she kept a dual diary—her own and that of her character—from which part of this album was born.
On stage and in the studio, she is supported by her close musical collaborators: Michelle Blades, Pauline Denize, Zoé Hochberg and Corentin Ollivier.
