Un moment suspendu (Astronef)
A play written for La Criée's Young Company, with Marseille as its anchor and encounters as its horizon!
About this event
Reine is a young woman with a mysterious past who has set her mind on establishing an unfamiliar activity in Marseille: korfball. Invented by a Dutch schoolteacher at the beginning of the 20th century, this team sport is distinctive in being mixed-gender and having everyone play both attack and defence. With a community-centre room as its main setting, A Suspended Moment makes us laugh, travel and think. The monologue expressing everyone's isolation is followed by a choral composition. A company is truly born before our eyes.
