Unité.22: APG Invites Claude-Emmanuelle & more
What if this was the Big Night after all?
About this event
A lineup making plenty of noise to celebrate the peak of Scorpio season; maximalist sounds, shrill melodies, lots of love and secret weapons ready to bring the club walls down.
LAZE and Claude-Emmanuelle, who already deserve their statue on the roof of 22 Rue Jobin, are back at the club for a killer combo, bringing the KALOPSIA project to Marseille for the very first time, alongside APG, resident of the Animals Industry collective.
It’s hard to define the ambitions of a program like this, other than to point out just how well genre-blending works for LAZE, the Marseille producer and DJ who played the club’s one and only solo artist ALL NIGHT LONG behind the booth. We remember a night of ecstasy, twists and turns, roars and bass faces; as always, we want even more, and now the city’s best DJ is back at your favorite club.
Before the summer heat set in, boss Claude-Emmanuelle, self-proclaimed Wokistan bimbo, came to teach us a lesson at our Marsatac festival afterparties. Needless to say, that very night we were already talking about her next date with us, so much had her set left us in a trance.
Two deeply inspiring artists, joined by the brand-new Nantes duo Kalopsia, who blur the lines between Dubstep, Techno, Brazilian Funk, Trap and UK sounds to produce absolutely astonishing tracks; a highly anticipated set from artists who seem to be opening up a new path in the French electronic scene.
With APG, the club’s resident DJ and a member of the collective, setting the scene and introducing the night with a devotion to genre-blending and unexpected bangers, this promises to be a night of saturated frequencies and happy tears on the dancefloor.

CLAUDE-EMMANUELLE Claude-Emmanuelle Gajan-Maull is a DJ and multidisciplinary artist whose hybrid sets bring electronic beats into conversation with popular samples, timeless queer anthems, deep bass and experimental textures shaped by engaged diasporic influences. A resident on Radio FG, she has been invited to mix in formats such as Rinse France, establishing a style that is visceral, popular, narrative and free of any fixed direction. Each DJ set is conceived as a live performance, a space for reclamation where music becomes a political language, calling for trance and collective liberation. Between club energy, emotional intensity and sensuality, Claude-Emmanuelle turns the dancefloor into a place of queer resistance and invocation. As a “traumatized bombshell,” she makes the mixing desk a storytelling tool: telling stories of wounds, desires and revolts through sound. Her approach to mixing goes beyond aesthetics; although this is an integral part of her advocacy for a musical practice rooted in the body and trans experience, each of her transitions above all offers a chance to reinvent, take risks and create spontaneity.
KALOPSIA KALOPSIA is a duo of producers and DJs based in Nantes, working in the world of Bass Music. With no genre boundaries, their sets move freely between Trap, Dubstep, Techno, Baile Funk and UK sounds. Inspired by artists such as Skrillex, Imanu, Isoxo... their identity shifts between dark atmospheres, colorful melodies and raw energy, with a constant search for original and unusual sounds to surprise the audience. Their latest track: DON’T F*CK WITH ME, released on the Matière label, is a perfect example. Through carefully curated selections, KALOPSIA offers an immersive experience where every transition is designed to maintain the energy and create a real element of surprise.
LAZE LAZE is an artist and producer who moves between electronic music, alternative pop and experimental textures. She creates a sensitive, immersive world where atmosphere takes precedence over format and the voice is treated as an instrument in its own right. Her tracks shift between melancholy, tension and bursts of energy, blending fragile melodies with more raw structures. Drawing on digital cultures, fantasy worlds and magical girls, she creates music that is both intimate and physical, suspended between softness and impact. Originally from Marseille, where she began developing her project, LAZE is gradually forging a distinctive artistic identity. On stage, she delivers an immersive and energetic live performance, conceived as a natural extension of her studio work, where emotions are meant to be felt as much as heard
APG Animals Industry programmer and a pillar of the Marseille scene, APG made his debut in 2019 at Chapiteau de la Belle de Mai. Rave, break, hard music—a generous, unapologetic vision of techno.
