A constellation is a process that brings implicit knowledge to the surface: an invisible field of information that influences our lives without our awareness. Inspired by the work of Bert Hellinger, this approach relies on the participants' presence and resonance to reveal what is at work in the shadows.

By staging the hidden dynamics of a system (family, personal, collective or archetypal), a constellation can:

• Clarify and realign relationships so that everyone can reclaim their rightful place.

• Bring about a new balance that is more sustainable and harmonious for the person bringing their issue.

• Encourage profound realizations, often beyond words, through the intelligence of the field and the group.

• Family constellations: Release transgenerational legacies and invisible loyalties that condition us.

• Shamanic constellations: Explore energetic imprints and reclaim parts of ourselves through soul work.

• Archetypal constellations: Access myths, archetypes and the collective unconscious to clarify roles and bring our life paths back into harmony.

Everyone who takes part in their own constellation will have an individual clarifying consultation with Maryse and Jima.

This preparatory discussion is included in the price.

This intensive weekend is limited to a maximum of 14 participants (including 4 people who will experience their own constellation).

Saturday

• 9h30 – 10h: Opening circle

• 10h00 - 14h30: 2 constellations

• 15h00 – 17h45: 2 constellations

• 18h00 – 19h00: Closing circle

Each constellation benefits from the group's commitment and active participation, as the group becomes a mirror and support for the process. The role you are chosen for often resonates with your own journey, offering an opportunity for personal insight and transformation.

Meals will be potluck-style.
