Mémorial des déportations

Mémorial des déportations is a memorial and historical exhibition venue in Marseille, at the foot of Fort Saint-Jean, housed in a blockhouse built by the German army during the Second World War. It presents the history and memory of people persecuted and deported, including the raids, destruction and deportations that affected Marseille in 1943.
