A nos désirs, récits de premières fois

Listen to and discuss excerpts from À nos désirs, récit de premières fois. This podcast gives a voice to young people aged 17 to 22, who talk about their first emotional and sexual experiences and the questions that come with them. First kisses, first caresses, first discoveries of desire and pleasure, first pornographic images, first sexual encounters. These accounts reveal the stirrings of desire, vulnerability, learning, crossed boundaries, acts endured, and moments of realization... as well as the weight of social norms and collective imagination. Stories that break taboos, help people speak out, and create spaces for dialogue among young people from different backgrounds.

A podcast produced by Sarah Champion Schreiber and Bastien Michel of Collectif Transbordeur. Original music: Sofiane Boudali. Illustrations: Macha Cusack. Mixing: Hugo Debrie. A project produced by Collectif Transbordeur in partnership with Planning Familial 13, L'Œil du loup. With financial support from the Regional Directorate for Women's Rights and Equality PACA; Aix-Marseille-Provence Metropolitan Authority. Partners.

Organized by: CIDFF Phocéen- Marseille

In 2020, we wanted to create a unique event in Marseille for 25 November to raise the visibility of violence against women and gender minorities and introduce our associations to the general public.

25 November is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women. Established by the UN in 1999, it commemorates the three Mirabal sisters, Dominican activists brutally murdered on the orders of the current head of state, Rafael Trujillo.

For this occasion, we wanted to create something that would explore the difficult subject of violence from different angles. We therefore invited artists from Marseille to produce or co-create content related to this theme, using different formats and tools and engaging different audiences.

That is how J'crains dégun came about, and we are now opening its 4th edition!
