Les Fables

Ten fables to hear again the dazzling quality of a language—this playful, lively French, whose sound alone brings the characters to life, and whose fluidity and precision make it a true treasure to savour, continuing, through its extraordinary modernity, to question human society. Each fable is a little jewel carved by a master goldsmith and forever engraved in the memories of adults.

Let Fly, Cicada, Ant, Hare, Tortoise, Oak, Reed, Heron, Crow, Duck, Fox, Frog, Dog, Wolf and their other companions emerge, sing and dance around us!

Directed by Laurence Janner With Marianne Fontaine, Jocelyne Monier and Phabrice Petitdemange
