Les petites variations #1 et #2
This new two-part creation celebrates the importance of our memories and the moments shared with our elders in shaping our identities.
About this event
Voyages en cartes postales first takes us, through delicate words, to the heart of the family cocoon, following the correspondence between two grandmothers and two little girls. Then, we set off along the road of holiday departures!
By playing with scale, Petites voitures et grandes vacances takes us back into the epic adventure of mass holiday departures. Performed together, the two short pieces offer a moving tribute to the importance of sharing moments between generations and celebrate the passing-on of traditions.
Here, bodies in motion, childhood objects and poetic, ephemeral images take center stage.
Object theatre, ages 4 to 11, Théâtre L’Articule
