Les Vulves Assassines are getting ready to set Espace Julien in Marseille alight

On May 22, 2027, Espace Julien welcomes Les Vulves Assassines for a punk-rap-from-outer-space concert of the kind only this trio can deliver. With their roaring machines, shouted vocals and Ingrid Samitier’s electric guitar, they make audiences dance, sing along and think—all at once. A Les Vulves Assassines concert at Espace Julien is much more than a musical performance: it’s a sonic manifesto.

Riding high on their third album, « Vulcanae Rock'n'Rolla », released in April 2026, Les Vulves Assassines are bringing a programme that is both festive and politically engaged to stages across France. For fans of contemporary music in the Provence-Alpes-Côte-d'Azur region, this stop in Marseille is a rare chance to see one of the most hard-hitting live acts on the French-language alternative scene. Les Vulves Assassines: a politically engaged punk-rap collective for more than ten years

Originally from Île-de-France, Les Vulves Assassines have been together since 2013 and have built their reputation on a hybrid musical identity blending punk, rap and electro. The trio—DJ Conant on vocals and synthesizers, MC Vieillard on machines and vocals, and Ingrid Samitier on guitar—has built its profile on stage and through regular releases on the French-language independent scene.

Their song « La Retraite » was widely played during the 2023 union demonstrations, confirming their roots in deeply political music. With the single « Bienvenue dans mon openspace » (October 2025) and the album « Vulcanae Rock'n'Rolla » (April 2026), the group continues its sustained recording and touring activity, consolidating a loyal fanbase across the country.
