A socio-sports association founded in 2017 in Marseille. Affiliated with the FFSBF&DA, our discipline is savate défense, taught by our instructor Marie-Alice. Femmes en défense is an exclusively female group for those aged 16 and over. FED, for ages 10–15, is a mixed-gender team of girls and boys—a real team of young wildcats. Through our various initiatives since 2017 (weekly, monthly and one-off activities, awareness-raising), we aim to show that you do not need superpowers to defend your integrity, both physical and mental. Much more than a self-defense club! Exercise for your well-being, teaching adapted to each individual's progress, and collective kindness.
