For nearly two hours, the two artists and friends open up as rarely before. Far from conventional interviews and prepared speeches, they offer the audience a warm and deeply human conversation.
Guided by a thread and questions carefully chosen by David Becker, a friend of both actors, they talk about their careers, the people they have met, their passions, and the defining moments of their lives.
Alongside them, five musicians and a singer punctuate the interview-performance with excerpts from songs dear to them. These musical “Proustian madeleines” will bring moments from their lives back to mind.
Created by David Becker and presented throughout France since 2017, this interview-performance reimagines the conventions of the genre. Nothing is entirely written in advance: the exchanges, reactions, and emotions make every performance unique.
More than a meeting, it is a timeless interlude of confidences, music, and laughter.
