The NOUS SOMMES association organizes listening circles for men who want to find a welcoming space for dialogue from a feminist perspective. Accompanied by a facilitator from the association, you are invited to talk together and share the subjects that affect and concern you.

Gendered socialization, shaped by the education we receive, leaves a deep mark—and we can spend an entire lifetime trying to undo it. When we become parents, we face the huge task of offering our children and teenagers visions of the world: what is good, bad, normal, or not. What can we do when we notice behaviors our children have learned at school that trouble us? Or behaviors we recognize as our own but know are problematic? Once we understand that systemic gender-based violence goes hand in hand with male dominance, how can we raise our sons today so they grow up free, responsible, and dignified? What lessons have we learned from our own childhoods? How can we question gender norms within the family? And with children?

The NOUS SOMMES association was founded by Noëlla Bugni-Dubois, creator of the Instagram page Nos alliés les Hommes. Continuing her educational work, the NOUS SOMMES association aims to prevent gender-based violence through mediation (listening circles, writing workshops, labs, etc.) and by organizing a variety of events.
