Relax'Art avec Camille Charrin 13/12/26

With Relax’Art, the museum becomes a space for experience and discovery, where encounters with artworks are experienced as much through the eyes as through emotions and sensations. Among the artworks, Camille Charrin guides participants through an experience of relaxation and mindful presence, encouraging their senses to awaken and fostering a new openness to the world around them. The session is followed by a self-guided visit to the exhibitions. Duration: 40 minutes; a mat and blanket are required.
