Atelier de respiration holotropique
About this event
Holotropic breathwork is an amplified breathing technique accompanied by specific music that encourages letting go and supports inner exploration. By altering the state of consciousness, this experience allows sensations, emotions and memories to arise in a caring and safe space. It can help release all kinds of tension, encourage emotional expression and bring awareness to repetitive patterns or unhelpful ways of functioning.
A true inner journey that also opens up a space for reconnecting with yourself, potentially stimulating intuition, creativity and a broader perception of your existence. Everyone is invited to experience the session at their own pace, respecting their limits and whatever arises.
The workshop takes place in a safe, supportive and confidential setting, facilitated by Florence Levayer, a psychocorporal therapist who may be accompanied by another experienced therapist, depending on the number of pairs.
WORKSHOP OUTLINE, adapted to the number of pairs:
• 15/30 min of discussion before and after the breathing session
• 30/40 min of explanations and technique practice, a choice ritual and preparation of the pairs
• Up to 75 min of breathwork for each pair
• 20/30 min tea and dried-fruit break
Please make sure to review the contraindications in advance. They are included in the document (to be signed on-site) presented at the end of the booking process.
